This experience was great! Using the design tools to create a mock-up koozie was very user friendly. I especially liked all the different colors, wording and font options. The only thing that worried me, was not being able to view my design mock-up before submitting payment information. I was afraid if I wanted any corrections or changes, it would get ‘lost’ in an automated email, and we would be stuck with a design or font that wasn’t what we had envisioned. Not only did I get a prompt response from a person, I was corresponding with the same person. Megan was very knowledgeable and helpful; we only needed a couple emails for the adjustments I wanted to make. My fiancé and I are very pleased with the final product and can’t wait to share them with our friends and family as a thank you for their love and support!
