I have been waiting over five weeks and received nothing

Products contain limonene an ingredient that many are allergic to. Cannot use

Never received product. Have reached out to customer service through FB, email and website and have not yet received a helpful reply.

I wanted to love this product but it’s just not for me. I ordered the trail set and it took weeks to come - to the point I forgot I even ordered it and bought new skincare elsewhere. After a couple days it changed my skin texture and appearance for the worse. I went back to my other routine and it was cleared up in a few days
