A very easy ordering process and to my surprise, delivery of my Taster Box order arrived the next day. The confirmation of payment e-mail did take a little while to come through so I rang customer services to check the order, which they immediately confirmed. The taster sachets are a good way of deciding which oolong tea you prefer and come in a very nice presentation box. I then decided to purchase the one cup Zenshi infuser teapot which arrived on the third day after ordering. This is a lovely design and includes a spare rubber lid seal, pours without dripping and is perfect for one cup. I am very pleased with my purchases.

Lovely fresh 'real' tea that arrives next day!

I can recommend this to any tea lovers out there. The tea arrived promptly. They are exactly as I hoped, great taste among. They were nicely packaged. All round good experience.
