Great brands but I found the EU site a tad misleading as they still ship from the UK and although I looked on the site to see if I would be charged customs and duties charges I didn’t see anything. I had to pay a lot of customs charges as my order was as over 150 euros but when I contacted them and explained the situation they handle it well and listened to my comments. I ordered a single pair of leggings and didn’t pay any duty charges on those. The delivery was very slow, I would have preferred to pay extra for a fast shipping service

Generally OK, but I tend to have issues with your website. When I place new orders, upon moving from cart page to check out page, it strangely defaults back to my very first order items (as in, an order I placed a few months ago). This has happened with each subsequent purchase. My only way around this is to place the order in a private tab. I also think it odd that customers have to pay for returns. Almost all companies have free returns these days.
