I ordered a large quantity of P4T ribbons on the 2nd, when I did not have them by the 8th I emailed. They were quick to respond to my email to let me know these were on back order and would ship on the 16th. They ended up coming a few days sooner which I was glad of. My only compliant it that I was not made aware of the back order/delay after I placed my order until I asked about it. Other than that great job! Thank you!
