Took a week to get even though I selected 2-3 day shipping. Other than that everything came as advertised.

They are very bright just make sure that if you get the 50 watt that it drops a color down to what you want which not to bad for 5000k it’s just little more yellow what white over all good product. The harness feels like good quality.

Retrofit provides good service. These cool blue bulbs are useless.

One product was perfect. Another didn't work as described but they handled the return with no problem at all.

Website is pretty good, biggest complaint is that when you click on an item and go to a different page, when you go back to the previous page you have to start at the top of the list instead of on the last item you clicked on. In the past response time for warranty claims has been fast but in the last year it has started taking 3 or 4 days to get a response, I feel like this could be improved.
