I came to your site looking for bed linens. I found that most of them looked either very dated, very feminine, not practical, or lots of white in the pattern. I did purchase a set that was perfect it was decent fabric, pretty pattern but not too feminine, washes well and , but I don't see it offered anymore. Please also show a picture of the sheet in the set so I can see if it has a lot of white. Also can you PLEASE offer x-long twin sheets. They are SO hard to find.

We ordered bentchers from your company for our wedding. The letters simply did not "come out fully" (as some of the edges to the letters were missing) The words were almost impossible to read against the backdrop in due to the color of the font too. I feel as though you should know your merchandise better so you can better advise. Your costumer service is also poor. The gentleman who answered the phone did not care to help me and was simply rude. I was offered 20% off the bill. Twenty dollars is not going to fix the fact that the bentchers for my wedding were ruined.

I had a most terrible experience using TheChassansPlace.com, and wouldn't dare use it again, nor advise anyone who I knew to use it. The customer service was disgusting to me. When I called with a sincere question regarding assembling the shtender I purchased, I was sneered at and talked to with cynicism and sarcasm. The packaging which the shtender came in resembled a few cardboard slats attached to one another which was at one point used by a homeless man who died and was left with just this box which nobody else wanted. As the proclamation of the JDL goes: Never again.
