both times I bought from the chassans place the sales people were extremely accommodating. the candlesticks I had bought for my future daughter-in-law were held up in transit and I was going to Israel for the wedding without them. someone came to our door in Jerusalem to deliver them by hand so that I had them in time to give her. I also bought a beautiful shtender that my husband uses day after day. It is strong and the price was good too. the salesperson always returned my calls and made sure that we were satisfied.
