Love the products! I didn’t realize when ordering that it would be coming from the Australian warehouse since I ordered from the Canadian website so it took much longer for my order to get to me. I wasn’t in a rush but I wish going into it I knew when placing my order where it would be coming from and how long it would take! Overall super happy though, would order from you guys again :)

Shipping took a bit long due to the delay in postal service, but no complaints.

Shipping and tracking info was excellent throughout. Delivery was also very quick.

Fast shipping. Thought I was buying a dishwasher safe bottle as nothing was mentioned under the item (whereas other items of yours state not dishwasher safe), so it is now ruined after owing it for less than a week
