Got nothing right :(
I placed an order, there was a quantity error on one of the lines.
Tried calling three times and gave up after being in a queue for 15 minutes each time. Sent a couple of emails and didn't get any response for 3 days. Teezily then cancelled my whole order rather than change the quantity line I asked for. The only reason I found out they had cancelled the order was because PayPal notified me of a refund - no email at all from Teezily. If I had paid by another method then how would I have known? I called and spoke with a staff yesterday to double check and he couldn't have cared less and confirmed they had cancelled the order.
Will not use Teezily again - awful. The only thing you got right was a reasonable price for the product. Everything else can be massively improved.
