I ordered a coffee cup and tshirt with my ship on them a while back. When I got just the mug, I contacted the company and after waiting a bit to be sure the shirt didn't get lost and just come late, they were willing to remake and send me another shirt. Not many companies would stand behind this, being I had no proof that I didn't receive the first shirt. Kudos to Teezily!!
