I've been buying in bulk for years. Earlier this year I got a bad batch and gave a negative review. Macey saw my review and reached out to offer a resolution for the bad batch. She went through some effort to find me and make sure that she could make it right. Super stoked for the great tea and customer service!! I reordered and am enjoying my daily cup of teatulia black tea!!

I am giving Teatulia teas as a Christmas gift so can’t really address the tea. I can say the ordering process and delivery were spot on!
