Customer Service is great! They kept me informed of the status of their "Delayed" shipment when the container ship had a fire and delayed shipment of my favorite tea for 6 months. Shipping is fast, and finally using "Flat Rate Priority" box which saves me about $20.00 per shipment. But most importantly, Teatulia is the BEST white tea available, and I have tried them all! Thanks!
