Overall, good. Documentation could do with the odd tweak to bring up to date, but other than that, and that was very minor, course was helpful.

Great course and well organised. I think I would have found it easier had it been a 3 day course though as I did feel quite rushed at the end and didn't really feel I had enough time to digest what I had just learnt as well as what I had learnt the day before.

TCC is a very good training provider. Enjoyed my commercial awareness training course. Excellent tutor. Materials provided equally excellent. Venue used was nice, clean, comfortable and well presented. Food provided at venue was also very good.

I had a positive experience on the TCC Agile Business Analysis course. I felt that the DSDM Agile concepts and methodology (and the practical implications) were explained clearly and that we had time to explore them and understand them. Understanding the role of the Business Analyst in this context is also important and again, I think that was explained/explored effectively.
