I enjoyed the 2 day CSPO training. What I liked most about the training was the focus on the group exercises and less focus on theory. Our trainer was well experienced and knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I had. I would recommend this course for anyone with interest in Product Ownership.

I attended the course with Dot in Dec 2020. It touched upon various aspect of scrum master training. While there were limitations due to virtual classroom set-up, the right technology was used to impart the course content and we managed to interact with other course mates too.

I really enjoyed this course and feel like I have learnt a lot about being an agile BA and definitely could see some of the methodologies being useful in my current role. I was initially apprehensive about this being online, but it was actually really good and the tools used meant everyone was definitely engaged

I found the virtual format just as good as a face to face setting. We were a small group, and were able to do interactive team exercises, as well as review slides and discuss topics easily. The technology worked well, and the exam was also virtually invigilated. I think now is a great time to update your Project Management credentials...and TCC are definitely equipped to support you with this.

I really enjoyed the BCS Requirements Engineering course, and the tutor was excellent - not only knowledgeable but a pleasant and interesting man too who definitely knows his stuff. however, the course materials could have used a little work, in particular: 1. There were a couple of typos, and errors in the diagrams. 2. The answers to the practise questions weren't greatly detailed, so they were hard to learn from if your answer to the practise question wasn't correct. 3. The past paper example in the back of the course materials had completely inadequate practise answers - this was impossible to learn from. 4. The actual exam was harder than the practise questions and past paper example. Even though I passed the exam, I was unhappy with the difference in difficulty and so would like the past paper example to be reviewed to ensure that it is in line with the real exam.
