An extremely interesting and wonderfully presented, rich and varied course. Dot also encompasses all the values a scrum master should possess so is a perfect role model for the profession. She was very giving with her time, as were TCC, who offer faultless customer service. The whole experience was first class.

The training was brilliant! Delivered by a world class expert and using well thought out exercises to create a superb training experience. Quite the very best training experience I have had in my career - well done!

Title: Business Analysis Practice (The title box would not work). I thoroughly enjoyed this course. I found it refreshingly informal, informative and educational in equal measure. The course material was well laid out and explained. Jerry found a good balance between lecture style teaching and break away discussion groups. Questions were welcome and always answered thoroughly. I would definitely recommend this and hope to be on another course in future.

Great course full of little 'aha!' moments. I didn't fully realise it until after the course had finished and I was reviewing the course materials, but the trainer did a great job of adapting the material to be relevant to my public sector job. The catering at the Birmingham venue was amazing!
