Recently attended the BAP course which was held virtually via Zoom. The session was well run, good pace for remote learning and high levels of interaction. Course materials delivered before session. Really liked the use of Miro for activities. Would highly recommend.

Hi, I went on the CSM course in May with Dot, I was a little skeptical of how this could work well being virtual and being a very visual person, preferring hands on experience with people in the room :-)! I can only say I was pleasantly surprised and had a fabulous experience on the course - Dot was superb with all her experience she shared with us. I am now deep in being a SM and feel I was well prepared to take up the new role.

I can highly recommend attending the Product Owner course at TCC. The course is fun and entertaining thanks to Dot's great style and exciting structure. You learn a lot. Also the support by Mark from TCC in the run-up is great, very attentive and friendly. The virtual implementation works without any problems and in case of incidents you will be helped immediately. So participation from all over the world is possible!

Dot is a fantastic trainer, the courses interactive aspect ran smoothly and effortlessly on zoom. Brilliant practice and knowledge obtained !

I was a bit skeptic about doing this course online , but I needn't have worried . Dot was thoroughly informative and engaging and made the course a pleasure to follow remotely . the teaching methods work well even in a remote setting although the caliber of the trainer certainly helped
