I ordered the bedspread and shams after searching online and contacting the Tache customer service to ask if they would be willing to switch out the included shams for a different size. They were more than willing to do this and I received my bedspread in just a few days. We love the spread and shams. They are good looking and lightweight. Tache included a handwritten thank you note along with the spread. I think their service is very personalized and refreshing; it was certainly out of the ordinary. Great place to shop!
