Everything is great. It was easy to put together. It is very comfortable. I only wish the controller was easier to reach when fully reclined.

The representative on the phone was extremely helpful. He spent time explaining the different features of each chair and let me know about a video that could help me with the chair that I chose once I received the chair. And it is the perfect chair for me

Eddie was excellent. He listens well, worked to help identify what my true needs are and made appropiate suggestions which helped me identify the product that best fit my needs.
