I am pleased with the chair. It came quickly and was well packaged and seems well made. So I have enjoyed it. The quality is excellent and the chair is comfortable with a lot of nice features like heat and massage. I wish it could come already assembled but I watched the YouTube and so it was not too bad to put together. I have not had any issues so far. I do wonder what will happen if the motor fails and would like it if the chair had a manual lift. I like the fact that there was a non leather option. So I would say so far so good...I am pleased I bought it and would buy one again.
