We. purchased this chair ( $1999.00 ) on a recommendation from a frien=d who also purchased the same chair given she also had a full hip replacement and strongly suggested we. purchase one also - ( we could have borrowed it - however they live 2500 miles away - it has been a lifesaver for my husband for slapping and elevating and shifting his weight. to other areas of his b body - knowing what we do now - I am thrilled we listened and I would strongly recommend this for anyone having the same surgery - the chair itself, has massage, heat, and so many different options for those items - the positions you can choose from are practically unlimited - that said it will continue to be a favorite item and we may add another in the near future when we replace our other living room furniture - Sincerely, TT and OT

High quality and meets form and function!

I LOVE BEING ABLE TO SIT BACK AND WATCH TV IN THIS CHAIR. MUCH MORE COMFORTABLED ON THE BACK VERSUS A COUCH OUR STANDARD CHAIR. Also, very easy to fall asleep in. I have two of these now.
