I got the Motion Mastery X1 with the remote , and I love it. It's preset settings cover every position that I could ever use, but getting the remote added 3 programable positions. The zero grav position allowed me to get sleep after my knee replacement surgery it was so comfortable. I also use the zero grav position to meditate while the heat and massage work wonders. It's pretty pricey, but worth it if you can afford it. Treat yourself; you won't regret it.

Sleeping in this chair has totally changed my health, eliminating ankle and leg swelling. All other supposed Zero Gravity Chairs do not allow the feet and lower leg to be higher than the heart, and that makes all the difference.
