Great, comfortable chair. And customer service was wonderful.

My 96 year old husband has heart failure and his doctors have suggested elevating his feet above his heart, as his feet and legs were retaining fluid. His toes looked like Vienna sausages, feet and ankles were so swollen it was difficult to get his shoes on him. We tried various methods of elevating his feet, none of which were successful. I looked up zero gravity chairs and Svago chairs stood out among the other chairs. I ordered the faux leather with heat and massage features. The delivery was A-plus and 3 women (2 of us in our 80’s and my husband’s caregiver (36 yrs) were able to unbox it, carry it up 4 stairs, through 2 doors and set it up. That night my husband slept in it, with elevated feet. He had been sleeping in a standard recliner as our bed is too high for him to get in and out of it easily. The next morning his feet and legs were normal! He now can easily elevate his feet at various times during the day, have a back massage and a restful nap. The Svago chair solved a serious medical issue. It is worth every penny.
