Love these chairs

I bought my chair as a place I could temporarily stay in while I recovered from laparoscopic surgery, and it really came in handy during recovery. While I’m not currently able to use the massage features, I did use them before surgery and found them to be very relaxing and I look forward to being able to use them again. I also love the heat feature (even in the summertime), though if there are any updates to the chair in the future, I would suggest having multiple heat settings and for the heat to extend the the lower part of the chair (same with the massage features). I love the swivel and that I can orient towards different vantage points of my living room, whether I’m talking with others sitting on the couch or facing the T.V. I do wish the lower portion of the chair went higher like the other models, so I bought a 7.5” wedge that I put underneath my legs when in zero gravity, and it seems to work well. I also wish the neck cushion was memory foam like the Newton model, or at least customizable in terms of the filling and heating options. Lastly, words cannot express my gratitude to the Customer Service and management teams for helping me with an issue with my order. Eddie was kind, professional, and very responsive, and management’s offer to address the issue is very much appreciated and really sets the bar in terms of how customer satisfaction is achieved. I cannot recommend Svago enough- if you’re on the fence, I say go for it!!
