I love, love, love my chair. It's beautiful and has really helped my back feel better. Ordering was easy and the chair arrived quickly and was well packed. I had to read the directions a couple of times to get it together, but it fit together nicely. I did cut myself on a wire when setting up so use caution when you are underneath joining the plugs. The white leather is gorgeous.
