I give the Motion Mastery chair 5 stars. It is even better than advertised However I give the wireless remote 1 star. Even the tech could not figure out how to pair it to my chair. They sent a second remote to try but it wouldn’t pair either. I have not heard back from several emails and submitted a second request for service and they still have not responded

I got the ZGR in black for my mother. She cannot sleep in a bed because she cannot lay flat. She LOVES her ZGR!! She really does. The zero gravity feature is a necessity for her as well this chair has it all. It works properly all the time. It cleans well also. Thank you. The guy who delivered it was very pleasant and professional.
