I give the Motion Mastery chair 5 stars. It is even better than advertised However I give the wireless remote 1 star. Even the tech could not figure out how to pair it to my chair. They sent a second remote to try but it wouldn’t pair either. I have not heard back from several emails and submitted a second request for service and they still have not responded
