Very disappointed in the customer
Very disappointed in the customer service and the representatives. I purchased the item and had told them that I am not in a rush to receive the books or anything as there was going to be a change. Instead I got the old books. I asked if they can be replaced but was told I can only if I paid for the books I got to be returned etc. This was an error on Surgents part, instead of sending me the new books and new items, I have the old books, and was told its ok, the new items are on the site. I am old school, I like books in my hands. But I guess, so I will have to use the new books online since I have the old books and flashcards. And hopefully I will pass the test with Surgent. I mean I used Roger and I never took the test, but at least when I called them they said no problem we will send you the new books due to our error, but I guess Surgent is Surgent and Roger is Roger
