Arrived on the expected day. I didn't have any issues with the lights so didn't have to interact with customer service at all so I can't speak on that.

I have zero failures of the bulbs for 3 years. A good product choice to use.

Super pleased with my LED light. We are switching all of the lighting in my business over from traditional fluorescent lights to these new LED lights and the difference it makes is insane. We are a hair salon so seeing color for what it truly is is imperative to our business. These lights help us pick the best shades and we can see truer tones now.
