Parts came in one piece, but what I really appreciated about my experience was how communicative and flexible the folks at Subaru Online Parts were. I messed up and asked for my order to be sent to an address in Virginia, when I am moving to Texas and should have had it sent there in the first place. As soon as I reached out, the staff very generously rerouted stuff at no extra cost to me. Will be getting more stuff from them in the future!
