If I could give zero starts, I would. I never heard back from customer service or accounting regarding my order issues and inactive online codes (on TWO brand new books), despite following up approximately 12-15 times via voicemail and email. I will never purchase directly from Springer publishing again and have advised my fellow program cohorts to do the same.

I had a terrible experience with Springer. After placing my order and not receiving shipment notification, I reached out multiple times to follow up. Finally, 3 weeks later, I get a response saying the books were back ordered for an additional month. They were supposed to be a Christmas present for my niece who was visiting from out of town. I had to cancel my order. I hope you take this review and improve your process.
