The textbook is laid out well with accessibility features that make it easy to use. However, the Spring Publishing website is unreliable, difficult to navigate, and lacking in helpful information to resolve frequent problems,

If I could give zero starts, I would. I never heard back from customer service or accounting regarding my order issues and inactive online codes (on TWO brand new books), despite following up approximately 12-15 times via voicemail and email. I will never purchase directly from Springer publishing again and have advised my fellow program cohorts to do the same.

I had a terrible experience with Springer. After placing my order and not receiving shipment notification, I reached out multiple times to follow up. Finally, 3 weeks later, I get a response saying the books were back ordered for an additional month. They were supposed to be a Christmas present for my niece who was visiting from out of town. I had to cancel my order. I hope you take this review and improve your process.
