Their customer service and staff resolved my issues. I had some problem ordering the FNP Review and Q&A book. When I ordered them it was pending on my credit card for a few days then it went away. I waited for more than 2 weeks but nothing was shipped so i reordered the books. But this time, they were about to ship my new order and the order i made more than 2 weeks ago. I reached the customer service, and they refunded me. I was very rude to them but they were very nice and solved the issues and ignorned my drama. Thank you very much Springer. I highly recommend them.
