I ordered 3 speed bump kits. the webpage shows the bumps, mounting kit and ends. I called in to verify that this particular model came as a kit and was informed that this is the only one that does come complete with ends and mounting kit. I ordered and received the bumps and mounting bolts. when I called to ask about the ends I was told they were not included. despite being displayed on the web page next to the mounting kit and bumps as a thumbnail and their representative informing me that they did prior to ordering. They disregarded the fact that I had called in prior to ordering altogether and insult to injury my choices were pay return shipping or pay separate shipping for the ends that could've been included in the original shipping. They did save me approximately $7 (after spending over $600) as their idea of a good will gesture
