Constantly asking for someone from accounting to address our issues. We are promised a call back and it never happens. It has been MONTHS and I've called TEN TIMES.

I have been trying to get in contact with someone for 3 days now about a recall and NO ONE has responded to me! I call, have to leave a message for the lady who is handling the recall (I believe her name is Nichole) so she can call me back, and nothing! I need to make a decision on how to handle this recall in my pharmacy because we have been using this API since March and I need more information to do so!!

But shouldn’t have to argue to get An award 3 weeks after award day

I placed my order on 4/13 payed for 1-5 UPS ground was told it should arrive 5/2. I never received the package so on 5/4 I called and was told it appears the item I ordered was not in stock. I received an email confirming the order and never received any information about there being a problem with my order.
