I placed my order on 4/13 payed for 1-5 UPS ground was told it should arrive 5/2. I never received the package so on 5/4 I called and was told it appears the item I ordered was not in stock. I received an email confirming the order and never received any information about there being a problem with my order.

Would recommend not working with spectrum if it can be avoided. Do not send orders that are placed online. Worst offense was over a week between an order being placed and me being contacted.

I'm giving a 1 star because we have asked time and time and time again to have our orders sent a certain way. Every time we remind when we place an order and every time, we are told, there is a note on your chart. However, every time an order comes, things are not done the way we have requested.
