You have a great selection of products and very competitive pricing, but your shipping time is very long and makes it hard for me to use your company when I am needing something quickly.

The selection is about the same as everybody else but sometimes they have things that others don't. Spectrum products are good quality products. Well packaged for shipping whenever we order. Their pricing can be all over the place. Sometimes when I'm looking for product other places will have comparable pricing and Spectrum will be way high. Not always but it does happen and I think 'that's a crazy price'. If I have a high ticket item sometimes I'll contact my REP to see if I can get a better price. Sometimes yes and sometimes I don't get a call back. I am a small buyer so its understandable.

customer service on the phone is beyond rude and unprofessional.
