Website doesn't have info on the expiry of the product ordered. Without this info, I have to call the customer service every time. Just a waste of time. Also, customer service was not able to take care of lot of issues over the phone. They keep saying they don't know or they can't do anything about customer request/concern. Experience has been bas lately and the reason why we order very little from Spectrum. We do lots of compounding and order very little from you because of service and inability get hold of the Sales rep.
