Your selection is about average. I have 4 companies I try to obtain chemicals from and between them I can usually get what I need. Service is fine Shipping is fine Pricing on the other hand, most of the items I looked for were a bit high...not all but most. I don't worry about a couple bucks but you guys are more than that. Medisca has free shipping so if they're a little higher, ok

you have a great selection of chemicals and decent prices, but your logistics leave a lot to be desired. For example, I send an order at 2:30 or 3pm, pay for overnight shipping, and it doesn't ship until the next day. it's flat out not on par with your competitors. If it were more reliable, you'd get more of my business.
