Our mattress has a major
Our mattress has a major fault which we have reported to Farmers Botany where the mattress was bought. We sent them proof of purchase plus photos of the large lump which has formed in one section. After six days with no response, we followed up the email and found it had not been passed on to the person I had marked as "Attention to". Our complaint was then passed on to Sleepyhead who have requested further photos: of the entire mattress, the faulty section, the barcode tag label, Proof of Purchase and the base without the mattress on it. I am now going to send these photos to Sleepyhead together with our Claim Number, and hope that we will eventually get a satisfactory outcome.
We are very disappointed that so much is expected of us to date - the requirements of "Customer Service" seem to be all placed on us so far.
I will not add photos as these have already been sent to Farmers Botany and Sleepyhead.
