It's definitely very comfortable, although slightly firmer than I was expecting. Overall a great mattress and the customer service was excellent.

Purchased a Sanctuary Escape 5 Queen mattress .. was initially difficult for us to compromise on a firm (4) verses soft (7) comfort level. Found the comfort range very useful and eventually decided in the middle ie (5) This has proved to be an excellent compromise and very pleased with the decision aided by knowledgeable staff at 'Beds R Us' .

The bed is comfy and can automatically feel the kulkote foam. The delivery was quick and the bed was just right for us both.
