Multiple horrible experiences

I have bought returned numerous items and each time I have had to call the store to check on refunds, store credit, and the like. I’ve had to have at least 4 phone calls regarding the use of store credit. One time, I had to speak for approximately 30 minutes with an associate who could not comprehend basic addition and subtraction. I’ve bought things online that were apparently sold out and then had to call to get my refund. First, I don’t ever have the problem of buying items that are not available from other boutiques. Second, my refund should come on it’s own. I shouldn’t constantly have to check to see if it will come. I really want to support local businesses and I regularly shop boutiques, but the associates and staff hired at TC Ellis is just not up to par at all. I would say they are actually incompetent. This saddens me as I truly want to support a Lubbock business, but I just can’t continue to take extra time to make sure my money and items are handled properly when there are hundreds of similar boutiques who handle these aspects appropriately.

No follow up

I submitted an email asking for resolution to a problem which was immediately answered. However, when I provided the details requested in that follow up I did not receive a response. Disappointed.

Never received my product.

All I was ever told was “once it’s been shipped it’s out of our hands, sorry!” I expected a little more. Other companies would have handled it better.
