I bought 7 flavor concentrates and they are all great! Just a home with the taste for authentic Hawaiian Shave Ice and these syrups are perfect. Each 4 oz concentrate mixes with 5 lbs or sugar and 1 gallon of water, so it makes a lot more than I’d need at one time, but I did the math and made a cup of each flavor at a time and worked out perfect.
