Something happened and my order had a lot of syrups (probably my own fault) and I texted the support number and a real person helped me fix it and had it shipped out the very next day! It came perfectly and the syrups (I got 11) and they all taste amazing!

Got a bunch of small bottles of concentrates to try out. Even the small bottles make a gallon of syrup so we'll get a good sense of quality. Everything pretty good that we got. They have so many options. but since this is primarily for home use and I got 7 dispensing bottles, we'll probably pare it down to 7 basic flavors and get larger bottles of concentrate. Easy to mix up with sugar and water. Highly recommend.
