Ordered a month ago, still haven’t received my order. Customer service told me to contact another courier company despite my order not leaving their warehouse. I would not purchase from this company again, terrible experience.

Very disappointed with my latest purchase . Ended up throwing it away

I am very disappointed with the macro diffuser purchases, I bought 2 of them online. The macro diffuser make such a loud noise its impossible for anyone sitting within the room not to notice to see what that long hissing annoying noise. I had requested scent Australia for help to help me reduce the noise and to even more disappointment they asked me to buy quite diffuser (element) I was not expecting them to give me such answers than resolve the 2 macro purchases I had made. i have now disconnected both the diffusers and put them back in the boxes with utter waste of money and never to be used diffusers. Think before you buy any diffusers as they will not refund as they even advised as this is been used and cannot be refunded. Very bad product. I think a cheap KMART diffuser would been a better purchase which would be 10 times cheaper and would not mind putting it in the bin if it did not work well.

Diffuser produces excessive noise. Have reached out and replied to their head office and provided videos showing excessive noise as per their request. Followed up constantly with head office for a resolution and now radio silence. Appears disinterested in resolving. Advise avoiding product as after sales service is nearly non-existent.

So disappointed with the lack of customer service I recieved! Paid for express post and it took over 3 days for it to even leave the warehouse-this was after I followed up asking about my order. Not even a simple apology!! Not even and acknowledged email.
