A review to the customer
A review to the customer service of Scent Australia especially for Kate Moir.
this is an overdue review, but I will do it anyway. I am just way to busy for the past few months. Anyway, I have ordered a smart diffuser from SA and to make the story short, it got broken, it feel into the ground and I was hoping to claim from warranty as it was just a few days old. It feel on the very day I opened it.
Anyway, I reached out to the CS and was told that it is likely not a warranty case, which I understood and I just asked where can I possibly bring it for fixing. This time, the manager stepped in which I was really appreciative and out of good will, she has sent me a new one to ensure that I can experience SA fully. Which I am actually am. It has made our home more cosy and more like a hotel. Place more conducive for me to stay and I really don't wana leave. All because, a person has extended and made sure that we customers get serve well. I couldn't put it all into words but I am very grateful for the gesture and I would not forget how my new diffuser who's given me so much joy, and peace was given out of good will and from the endeavor of a person to provide an extra mile of service.
