I wanted the sales on the 5 for 10 using the FAVE10 but it didn't work. I placed my order and emailed the company hoping they would rectify the problem. Their answer: once the order was placed there was nothing they could do about it. I added a comment in the email how TAN books needed to clarify how a person was to get the special and that I was very disappointed
