Why am I being asked to review the products I ordered when I have not received them all?

I haven't received my glasses yet

Got the wrong size. I checked your website to make sure I would get the right size. Looks like you don't make a size that fits me. Contacted customer service to get a refund. One employee put me in touch with a guy named R.T. or something similar. He said he would handle the problem; no problem. That was two weeks ago. Never heard back from the guy. Lousy service, and I think the products could be okay just give me the right size or a refund. Help me if you can. Jim Crump jimcrump101@att.net

It's been a month since I ordered and the product is still awaiting shipment. Customer service has not responded with updates.

I am so mad right now…I bought a silica dust respirator kit and it’s missing the SR510( P100 ) and the Pre filter holder…I want the missing parts shipped immediately or my money back
