Placed order for like items, got informed they only had like half. After 3 weeks I understand thaty order is in limbo in NC. Supposedly have a refund but won't know until tomorrow.

Last Nov someone took the product from mailbox. I ordered second time and paid the extra for UPS. It showed up in mailbox.

Could not locate how to Track my Order. Site just kept me circling back to Order Status page. Phone numbers listed were constantly sending me to voicemail.

I have never received my order.

I’ve been waiting almost a month for first aid kits. No one mentioned upon order that they’d be back ordered this long. I had to inquire myself after almost a month. If I had known it was going to take this long I would have purchased from someone else. I have team of 85 people and when they ask for their first aid kits I have to keep saying, “I don’t know when they’ll be here.”
