Didn't receive entire system!

Horrible. I have never received the product and 3 requests to customer service have gone unanswered.

Highly disappointed ordered.The family bundle did not receive.It has made multiple attempts to contact company.They will not respond to any of my emails.I would not recommend this to anyone due to customer support

7 weeks and no item yet. Absolutely ridiculous. I had to call and ask where my item is at for them to ship part of my order.

First, disappointed that what I thought I ordered wasn’t there, the basket attachment. For another $30 I can get it. What a ripe off. Second, when you use a discount coupon, no matter how much you total purchase is you lose free shipping. So really you don’t get much appreciation for being a customer. And finally when I got an email for a review of my purchase it was a picture for some type of lotion or something. So even though this looks like a nice product I’m disappointed in the product(s) so far.
