Good very good

I roasted a whole chicken. Did a great job! Nice and moist on the inside while crispy on the outside. Did a batch of wings with the basket attachment. Loved it! Highly recommend this product.

Customer service has been good. I ended up calling as I received no reply to my email regarding shipping estimate. A change in color was made, and after waiting 5 weeks on the original order, I received the amended one in less than a week. However, subsequent emails regarding shipment did not advise of some bundle items still on back order. A phone call cleared that up, and I am waiting as patiently for my skewer set and flat basket.

My feelings are mixed. I was disappointed to receive the chrome instead of the black I ordered. I've used the basket and while small it works pretty good, the skewers their, small, very difficult to load and a couple kept falling off during the cook. Those I'll call junk. All in All I think it'll end up sitting on the shelf in the wasted money pile.
