People at the Franklin location were very helpful and professional with customers and knew what they were doing and had everything finished up in know time. the longest part of the wait was waiting on the back ground checks to finish because the system was really busy that day but everyone was patience and easy going. When all was done they were very courteous and welcomed everyone to come back again.

Very pleased with my first 12 gauge purchase. I will have it delivered to Rural King next time though instead of the other local provider.
