Had a good shopping experience overall. The chat assistance was helpful and the sales person was friendly and knowledgable. I can't give 5 stars because the color choices for panty hose moderate compression were too limited. there needs to be a color choice in between the super tan "natural" and the too pale "wheat." I got one pair of each and neither of them really looks as natural as I would like, given that I have to wear these all the time, even in summer. $110 is a lot to pay and not have a good color match. Having said that, the hose are good quality and look much less medical than others I have tried.
